    Listing includes one refurbished "fiddle bow" type of bread knife.  See pictures for shape and design.  Handle and bow are all one piece of wood (stained).  The entire knife measures 16", and the blade itself is 8" long.  The blade is a scalloped, serrated edge, very sharp.  A hole in the handle allows for a leather strap for hanging purposes (strap not included).  I know nothing of its history or how old it is.  Others listed like this one claim to be vintage.  Do your research. . . Great knife!
