For your consideration I am offering this vintage and hard to find brochure...I am guessing this to be from 1944 with the code on the back and the brochure talks about the WAR PRODUCTION BOARD....shows some discoloration/bends and a small tear to top center...looks nice to me for age and is as pictured...any questions please ask...Thanks, Tom
