1976 Bob Jackson Tandem Original. In candy red and cream. This bike has never been restored. It was ordered by a friend of mine in 1976 at a show in NYC. Took delivery at Raleigh/Durham airport and built it up. Rode it one time and stored it in his climate controlled storage room until I bought it. Front rider measurement is 23”/58.42cm and the back rider is 22”/55.88cm. Has Campagnolo down tube shifters. All Reynolds 531 tubing. Rim hoops are Weinmann with Phil hubs wrapped in Michelin 700 x 28c tires. Has 15 speeds and I took it out this evening around the block. Rides amazing. Has Cinelli bars and stem up frony. Specialized on the rear. I have red cloth bar wrap new that will come with the bike. Has Mafac center pull brakes front and back. Brake levers were changed to a newer style at some point. Bike has a few chips here and there but it’s old. True museum piece. It’s minty. Please look at all the pictures and ask questions if you have any before bidding or buying as there is no returns on this item as shipping and insurance costs are very expensive anymore.
