1983 Miyata Six Ten 610 frame set.
Selling a 1983 Six Ten in royal blue.
The size is what Miyata used to call 21”, aka a 20.5 c-t-c seat tube and 21.5 c-t-c top tube.
Long wheelbase, cantilever posts (you can run 700c wheels, I recommend DC960 brakes), double eyelets at the front and single plus rack mounts on rear. Two sets of bottle cages bosses.
Please note that this frame has been modified to run a dynamo wire inside the downtube, for proper lighting that doesn’t stop when your battery dies.
The frame is straight and ever thread is good. The paint is a little beaten as expected for a 40 year old frame. Please review all the pictures for the worst spots.
The frame can take up to 700x35mm tires WITH fenders if you’re good at fender installation, and 32mm with fenders even if you’re rubbish at it.
