Per the serial number this is a 60 cm frame. I measure the seat tube, center to center: 23.25 inches; top tube, center to center: 22.75 inches.
Cool 1985 Trek 760 frame and fork in Reynolds 531 tubing. Campagnolo headset and bottom bracket. Some scuffs and scrapes here and there for normal use, but no dents or dings that I could see. There is some corrosion around the bottom bracket shell, as pictured.
