The transmission is completely disassembled and processed through a hot cleaning spray cabinet to ensure all parts are completely clean. All hard parts are then inspected to ensure they meet OEM specifications. Any that do not, are replaced. All of the following parts are replaced, regardless of their condition.

Band
Bushings
New Separator Plate, Heavy Duty (this is a transmission weak point)
All molded Pistons
New Filter
Piston Kit, Heavy Duty
Valve Sleeve Boost Valve
Complete overhaul kit (includes all gaskets, seals and sealing rings)

The outside of the transmission is cleaned, painted Grey.
The brain of the transmission, the valve body, is given special attention. It is disassembled individually by a technician and hand cleaned in special solvents. Then it is carefully reassembled to original specifications. All transmissions are then assembled by our highly qualified rebuilders. They must pass an extensive dynamometer test to ensure shift quality and hydraulic pressure specifications for your vehicle.
Contamination and overheating is the worst thing you can do to a transmission.
That is why we include a can of transmission flush to clean out your cooler lines before installing your new transmission.
Your Old Transmission
This transmission is sold on an exchange basis. We are responsible for shipping charges to return the old transmission back to our facility. The buyer agrees to package and ship the old transmission back to us within 30 days using the same packaging their new transmission arrived in. If the transmission is not returned when requested, the buyer agrees to pay the seller an additional 0.00 core charge.
Please Note: Your old transmission must be returned to us in good condition to receive a credit. The core cannot be damaged from the outside in any way or opened and has internal parts missing.
Warranty:
This transmission comes with a 12 month or 12,000 mileage warranty.  If for any reason you have a problem with our transmission, please contact us. We’ll work with you to solve whatever problem you’re having.
The extent of our responsibility is repairing or replacing your transmission. We are not responsible for any incidentals including rental cars or labor time.

We ship to a business (must have a dock or forklift) or to a terminal near you. The terminal is normally 10-15 miles away from you at the most. If the terminal is going to be any further, we will notify you for authorization before we ship. If you want to ship the transmission to your residence, please contact us for a shipping quote.
As always, you’re welcome to make your own freight arrangement or pick up the transmission at our warehouse at no charge.
