Here are the specs:

These knives
are in very good condition. I don't know their history, but they are very nice, sturdy pieces in excellent shape.  They obviously
had been well cared for and are
very solid and free of bends and corrosion. They do exhibit minor dings and fine scratches from use and cleaning.
