675 Bore Big Butterfly Carburetor for Mini Bike or Go Kart Racing
This carburetor is BOLT ON performance!!!!!  Add instant power to your Predator 212 or any other clone type engine.  Very Stock Appearing!!  Will work with your existing throttle linkage systems on most engines.  This carburetor should be used with an open air filter and big pipe, it is not suitable for stock airbox and muffler.
The venturi of this carburetor has been bored to .675 and the butterfly throttle bore has been bored to .820.
The throttle shaft has been thinned and an aftermarket OVERSIZE butterfly has been used. See pictures for comparison to a stock butterfly.  This greatly increases the flow over a .675 bore carb that still has the small size butterfly.  This carburetor flows VERY well and will make MONSTER power on an engine with upgraded cam, valve springs, and a ported head.  The carb has been flowed on a Superflow 60 flowbench with the fuel signal set.  It will ship with a 0.027 low jet and 0.038 high jet and is set up for
GAS only.
The carb may need to be rejetted for your specific area and engine to achieve maximum performance.  If used for cruising on a minibike a smaller low jet may be needed because this carb will be slightly rich on the idle for performance purposes.  The black insulator between the head and carb may need to be opened up for maximum performance.
