Installation of Transmissions must be preformed by a certified mechanic and require computer flash and reset. In order to restore your vehicle to normal operation the following installation steps MUST be performed. Your mechanic MUST perform the following minimal installation steps for your warranty to be valid. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to give us a call.
Replace ALL seals
Replace Transmission filter and pan gasket.
Flush and flow test cooler and lines in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's guidelines. This includes reviewing the latest
TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS.
Replace auxiliary cooler if equipped.
Fully engage converter in front pump
Install as required, with all dowel pins
Check throttle cable/ linkage.
Fill the transmission and differential/final drive with fluid to the proper levels using proper types of fluid in accordance with the vehicle manufactures latest
TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS.
Adjust throttle pressure.

Operations:
We purchase all of our vehicles from insurance auctions and companies. That means the vehicle was in good operating condition prior to purchase. Once we purchase the vehicle and transport it to our facility, we complete a detailed assessment and perform an exhaustive set of tests to determine what will be placed in inventory and what won't make the cut. The vehicle is then skillfully dismantled and placed into our inventory. Before we package and ship your part from our warehouse we perform a multi-point inspection and final cleaning. Why ? Because we value the opportunity to do business with you and want your part to arrive in good condition and ready for installation.

We
thoroughly test every vehicle
that comes into our facility. Testing includes starting and running the vehicle to normal operating temperature, we then check engine running condition, temperature, fluid conditions, transmission, AC,ECM function, charging, and audio systems. The surcharge is our direct cost from our freight carrier and we pass the savings on to you.

All PRE-INSTALLATION MAINTENANCE must be completed in order for part warranty coverage. PRE-INSTALLATION Requirements will be attached to the engine
