Black PVC plastic tire sleeve, 10x6" wide. Designed to fit rear wheel on ScooterX Drift Trike. May fit others as well. 1/2" thickness with traction vanes on the inner diameter surface. Very easy to install, just deflate the tire, slide new sleeve over tire and hold in position while slowly inflating tire.
