Briggs and Stratton Raptor flat head engine Go Kart

I was told this engine was used as a dealer show model. So it was never used but I can not tell you if this was the truth. I marked it used but when I looked at the oil it still looks like new. And everything looks like new has good compression . Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
