EFFETIBI bike frame and fork profiled Columbus Aelle tubes

DESCRIPTION:
I am selling this beautiful frame for a racing bike, brand Effetibi. I think it's Italian but I'm not sure. It is built from profiled Columbus Aelle tubes, which are most likely chrome-plated before the paint is applied. I say most likely, because wherever there is a scratch-damaged paint there is chrome visible.
Frame has original factory paint and decals. As you can see in the photos, there are scratches on both the paint and decals from use. There is one rather large scratch on the rear upper side of the seat tube, but it is only superficial on the paint (last photo). There are no other damages. The front fork is also chrome plated and the chrome is in good condition.
The frame is very small, so it is suitable for both children and adults of both sexes. The frame carries 28-inch 700C wheels.
The bottle cage and seat bolt are a gift.
