Classic and beautiful circa 2000 (made in Italy) Fausto Coppi Columbus steel race bike, of which I am the original owner.
Frame is Columbus Genius, top of the line steel from the #1 steel tubing manufacturer, producing a lightweight set with a wonderful lively feel
that only steel provides.
Geometry is classic Italian: Tight, yielding a comfortable and responsive ride.
Components are Campagnolo Chorus, with Campy Record seatpost and rear Record (titanium) cassette, bulletproof Mavic Kryserium wheelset.
(Straight, true, no flat spots).
New OE fork also included with this auction, in addition to the lovely Carve carbon fork installed.
Top tube has a few unfortunate chips.

Otherwise, entire bike is hard to fault.
Deep red paint still gleams.  Componentry stylishly appointed, based on Campy Chorus groupset.
Rear cassette is also Campy Record, which uses titanium cogs for the larger ones.
Tires have plenty of fun left in them, and wheels are in great shape.
Bike will be well packed and shipped in a bike box.  Located in Union County, NJ (free local pick-up).
