1980 Masi Gran Criterium.
THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Frame and Fork, 56cm frame c-t,
straight, no
dents, nice lug filing and cut-outs, original paint and decals
,
3 spots (see photos #9 seat tube upper section, #10 top tube aft end under seat cluster, and #11 down tube near water bottle boss) had rust under flaking paint when I purchased the frame. I removed the paint and cleaned up the rust spots a bit.
Several other small spots have flaking paint with minor rust beneath, also there are scratches and blemishes in the paint. Obviously, this frame is a good candidate for repaint. None of the rust spots threaten the structural integrity of the
frameset.
2. Edco Competition Headset and Bottom Bracket, both have alloy cups, feel smooth but dry (need cleaning and new grease).
