This frame was built by a bicycle assembler in Thailand in style "SE Racing Quadangle style". Also,forks unstamped because create by Thai assembler who like this style  .It's not build from Factory.
New but never used, vertical pipe has a dot 2 dot (last picture)These you can see only below dot ,Top dot can not see on photo is very small.
