    Product Description:
    Listing Update...I am getting some questions regarding the significant price difference between this model bottom bracket with the longer (115.5 mm) spindle length and the equivalent model bottom bracket with the shorter (111 mm) spindle length. The latter is listed at 0+ as compared to this model with the longer spindle length at just . The quality is the same, but the shorter spindle length is the model in demand and availability is much more limited compared to the model with the longer spindle length. So like so many of the new-old-stock items we stock...the in demand items with limited availability cost us a lot more money to stock (and that is the case here). I am sorry it has to be this way, as this is the unforgiving side of the new-old-stock market for both the small seller (like myself) and customers.

    This offering is for a new-old-stock Campagnolo cartridge (sealed) bottom bracket (Model AC-H). Some of it's specifications include the following:

    This is a very good quality Campagnolo bottom bracket that includes alloy cups and a hollow spindle.  Catalog research indicates a production window from 2000 to 2005 and an intended factory match to the Daytona triple crankset (from 2000 to 2001) and the Centaur triple crankset, which succeeded the Daytona triple crankset (from 2002 to 2005).  We should also note the right crankarm profile for the Veloce triple crankset and Mirage triple crankset from this same era was similar, so this bottom bracket will also promote a good chainline with these other Campagnolo triple crankset offerings from the same era.  There may be other compatibility options as well, but we would have to research those on an individual basis.
    We should make a few additional observations regarding the spindle length of this particular bottom bracket and the impact it will have on a functional chainline.  More specifically, there may be some circumstances where the 115.5 mm spindle length may be too long for the triple cranksets noted above.  This circumstance comes about when a front derailleur is mounted on the old standard (28.6 mm) seat tube.  This scenario results in a front derailleur cage positioned closer to the frame relative to an oversized (31.8 mm and 34.9 mm) seat tube.  As a result, a frame with a smaller (in diameter) seat tube may require a shorter bottom bracket spindle length to bring the chainrings closer to the frame to better match the position of the front derailleur cage.
    For this reason, if mounting one of the above triple cranksets on a frame with an old standard (smaller) seat tube, then possibly a better Campagnolo bottom bracket option is the equivalent offering with the slightly shorter spindle length of 111 mm.  A final comment here is that regardless of the seat tube diameter measurement, one of the above Campagnolo cranksets in a double chainring model will always require the shorter (111 mm) spindle length to ensure a functional chainline.
    As for condition, our small lot of these bottom brackets are new and still retail boxed (with all related Campy reference materials on specs., installation, etc.), as pictured to the left (although some of the boxes are shopworn).
