Peacock Eye Feather Hand Held Fixed Hand Fan Plumes Bouquet Bridesmaid Green

Very nice peacock feather hand fan
Estate sale find so we have no history on its age or background.
It is made of a variety of iridescent colorful peacock eye feather plumes.  It is a fixed hand fan with a handle that has been wrapped in black vinyl or leather and black silk cord strap loop for carrying on the wrist.   There is a green stone near the handle on one side and a small mirror on the other.  The fan measures about 11" wide and 12" long including the handle.  It's in very good condition as the pictures show.
