I bought this all brand new over 20 years ago and it has been stored ever since. This was a new complete/assembled bike which took the frame from and stored it away with other frames I have collected. But since it has been assembled (never ridden) the bearing cups are installed and the rear frame dropout shows the mark where the wheel nut was tighten down.
Brand new, but it could pop more with a good polishing and cleaning from storage. The factory shipped cardboard and tape have never been removed and they is likely some tape/glue residue on the paint from the old tape that may leave a mark or may polish out.
