Restored Jeff Pierce 56cm Schwinn Paramount Frameset Columbus Frame & Fork

Offered in this auction is a rare circa early 90's NOS Schwinn Paramount frameset.
Backstory
I recently had the good fortune to purchase a large lot of Schwinn Paramount's from the estate of a renowned collector. This frame is one of about 30 frames and complete bikes I will be offering here for sale. The collection originally included over 80 bikes, many were very rare and early prewar Paramount's, as a matter of fact some of the very earliest known to exist. My purchase includes bikes from the early 60's to the early 90's.
This Frame
The frame I am offering here was previously built but has never been ridden. This frame is in excellent to mint condition, it may have a minor scratch or two, but it is as close to mint as you will find. This is a PDG Paramount The serial number is not a serial number but the name P I E R C E, After a call to Waterford cycles I was informed that this was probably a specially built frame for 80's cycling legend Jeff Pierce. I am dating it by the 92 date code on the Tange fork. The frame is 56cm measured from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the top tube. Top tube center to center is 55.5cm. Frame takes a 27.2 Seatpost, English BB, English Headset and has 130mm rear spacing. The paint is just drop dead gorgeous, a beautiful high gloss blue.
Update
So I have an update on the frame. Dennis Kilfoy reached out to me from Paramount, he built a lot of frames during this period or was around when they were built, as well as doing a lot of their paint work. Here's his take on the frame- he seems to think that this one of Jeff Pierce's team bikes from 86 when he raced for team Paramount (that's why it's stamped PIERCE on the bottom bracket) all team bikes were stamped that way. At some point the fork was changed or upgraded to the Tange fork and the bike was repainted perhaps by Waterford in the early 90's. The paint work is beautiful, I would believe it was done by Waterford.
This should be a great summer project for someone!
