Up for auction is a
Basso
frame. Seems to be from the mid 1980s. According to the preowner it is the same frame model as used by the Race Across America winner Franz Spilauer (Austria). Spilauer had his bike equipped with a complete Miche Primato groupset and also this frame was originally equipped with a Miche Primato (see decal).
The frame is used with minor to regular signs of use. There are no dents, cracks or repairs, but it shows some signs of use like smaller scratches, marks and paint chips on one side of the top tube. If there weren't the place with the paint missing on the top tube I would rate the condition as very good to excellent. The frame us fully chromed underneath the paint. The chrome is still nice with only tiny oxidation stains. The blue looks awesome, similar to a cromovelato paint. I would rate it as a nice frame. I think the pics show the actual condition well. Technically fully working.
Columbus tubing.
Measurements:
It is approximately 60.2cm tall (center - top of the seattube lug), 59cm (center - center). The top tube measures about 58cm. Rear spacing is 126mm. Bottom bracket shell, 70mm.
As a description is always influenced by a personal opinion I made a couple of supersize pics that help you to judge the frame yourself.

Shipping
Worldwide shipping were possible! I combine shipping costs!
I am located in Vienna, Austria, EU and ship from here. Although all parcels go by airmail, sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected. An average parcel, e.g. to the USA, takes about 20 business days to arrive. Sometimes it can also take 6-8 weeks. There are customs and security checks involved that sometimes delay the shipment.
Especially smaller parcels (up to 1kg), get in many cases upgraded at my costs to priority parcel mail (depends on the weight and destination). Still there is no guaranteed shipping time.
Carriers I use are the Austrian Post, DHL (large parcels) and sometimes smaller carriers like Hermes and GLS. In your country the parcels will be delivered with a local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).
