VINTAGE HOLLAND TITANIUM FRAME SET - 1993 to 1994

Description

This is a rare opportunity to own a classic vintage frame set in impeccable condition.
This is a beautiful W. B. Holland Titanium frame set with a Reynolds Ouzo Comp Fork.  This frame set comes with a Chris King headset and Campagnolo Chorus Bottom Bracket.
This bike is Raw Titanium with minimal decals.  It is in outstanding condition without Dings or Dents.  There is one small chip at the top of the fork that can easily be touched up.  Otherwise, we simply cannot find any flaws.
It is undoubtedly a low mileage frame.
This comes from a collection of high end vintage bikes.  The owner was very particular about the bikes he kept and the bikes he rode.
This is a from a renowned master frame builder, W. B. Holland.
Bill Holland took his first frame building class from the legendary Albert Eisentraut. Over the next 20 years, Holland continued to produce hand made steel frames.
In 1992 he built his first titanium frame. Four short years later and he made the transition from steel to the highly technical and controlled environment required to produce titanium frames.

"
Frame number 148 would be from the 1993-1994 era. The frame was likely delivered with a Kestrel threaded fork. Most
customers upgraded years later to a Serotta or Reynolds threadless fork.
As for the decals, some customers preferred a minimal look, in which case we supplied whatever they wanted. The other possibility is
the downtube decals simply got worn over time and were removed.
It has double butted tubing which made it lighter and more expensive than typical titanium. But no model name."
