    Description

A bit of a project frame. The top tube has a slight irregularity to it, doesn't look like it crashed, but about 4-8" out from the seat post it is slightly oval measuring 26.3mm  wide. I put a micrometer to it, the top tube where round and it measures 26.5, so about 10mm off. Its barely noticeable but for sure needed to mention it. I rode it before I dis-assembled it and though I am not a professional rider it rode fine with no noticeable issues.
Frame is 58cm measured top of seat tube to center of crank. Top tube measures 58cm measured center of seat post to center of steer tube.
The paint has been touched up rather sloppily in places and it needs a repaint. Some decals are present. No frame decal, but my research shows many or most were Reynolds 531 tubing. Chrome stays, lugs, and 1/2 chromed forks. Chrome is decent.
The serial number is 170192, my research shows its an early 70's model. In fact the Campy derailleur I took off of it was date stamped 1971, so that corroborates the date theory.
